My Mag Spread is not responsible for:
- Low-resolution images that may appear blurry in print or onscreen
- Dark images that appear dark on screen (My Mag Spread doesn’t lighten your images to match what you see on a backlit screen)
Cancellation Policy for Printed Magazines
Please understand that My Mag Spread cannot cancel orders after approval from the User.
Return Policy for Printed Magazines
On the off chance your printed magazine arrives damaged, with a material manufacturing defect, or a material defect in workmanship, contact us via My Mag Spread’s Contact Form within 14 days of receipt and we will work with you to secure a replacement copy if necessary. Please note that each printed magazine you order from us is individually made by one of My Mag Spread’s professional magazine-printing partners. There may be minor differences across different prints of the same magazines and/or across magazines printed by our different magazine-printing partners, including, but not limited to, slight variances in color fidelity and binding type. While we work very hard to keep our product as consistent as possible, this variation is a normal occurrence and is not considered a manufacturing defect or a defect in workmanship and does not qualify for a reprint.
Requesting a Magazine Replacement
If your magazine arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. Please let us know within 14 days of receipt of your magazine. You must take a picture of the defect and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number in the email.
